Great service!! Jeff brought our company finally up to the 21st century, and we got rid of our 1950's phone lines. I would highly recommend Jeff for all your phone needs!

Jeff is super responsive and was quick on the job with a fair price! we needed to re-hook a phone line up in the office quick and he understood the job. he also talked to us about updating our phone system for almost a fraction of the price we are currently paying. awaiting a quote and super excited to continue to work with redline :)

The phone lines at our office were old falling apart from the wall jack I believe, this was causing me to miss calls it got so bad that I wasn't getting calls on two of my phones so I would have to get up from my desk and take the calls at the desk behind me then call back from my desk so I was able to make calls but not receive so weird it was such a pain !
I decided to call Redline on Friday afternoon I spoke to Jeff he said he would stop by on Monday since our office is closed on weekends he came by at the agreed time and did the repairs in under an hour everything is working properly and the phone jack looks so much better !
I'm glad I got this taken care of.

Jeff is my hero! This is my first Yelp review. I have a restaurant and Jeff fixed our phone lines and put in a new jack. This was after a week of dealing with Frontier technicians who provided no support. He came in on a busy Saturday morning and offered to come back that afternoon to repair the lines. I couldn't believe that he repaired it within an hour at a reasonable price and a sweet disposition. I am forever grateful. Thank you, Jeff...the miracle worker!

These guys are amazing! We have used them for 20 years at multiple locations and several buildout's/Installs. They have provided everything form network wiring to phone's. Can't recommend them enough!

Jeff Davis is a true professional. He installed a 25 year-old Panasonic home office system which gave my wife and I (two full-time working-from-home professionals) the features and functionalities which improved our productivity in meaningful ways. Jeff added real value by taking time to teach us both how to get knowledgeable and comfortable with the new phone features. He came back when we needed help. Beyond professional! We told him that he was too good to be true, but the great news is that he's the real deal. So, a different phone technician came by the day before to split our phone jack into 3 separate lines, so it would work with our new phone system we had recently purchased, let's just say that we all thought the spa was going to go up in flames. We felt something was wrong in our gut, so we asked him to leave.

We then called Jeff and I personally had a chat with him the morning of his appointment and by the time I got into work, he was close to being done. See we've had this phone system by AT&T called "centrex" for the past 20 years and we couldn't find a way out of it. So being able to change our system is all we've been talking about for the past few years, but any technician that came by, including Spectrum techs, said that we had to stick to our antiquated Nortel phone hub. Thank you Jeff for saving the day. We now have the freedom to choose which system we want for our business! You're the best... Genuine and honest and we will be forever grateful!
